rooms and closets as well as a list of items that should go
into storage while the house is on the market.
I can also provide you with recommendations for painters,
plumbers and other people to help you complete those repairs
that you can’t complete yourself. The average walk-through
takes 2 hours.

that we talked about during the consultation, I will come
back and arrange each room so that it looks appealing to
potential buyers. During the initial consultation, I can
give you an estimate for the total staging costs.
